REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as flyers or brochures cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any items that are not in original condition, have damage or are missing parts through no fault of ours.
  • Any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Items for sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email panglingqi232tvp@gmail.com and send your item to: RM 5K85, Apple Mall, 5/F, Dragon Centre, No. 37K Yen Chow Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gifter shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the item to the gifter and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, you should mail the product to: RM 5K85, Apple Mall, 5/F, Dragon Centre, No. 37K Yen Chow Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
